We also push you to advance while you are getting personal instruction each minute of every workout. Z-Fit is NASM certified as a personal trainer and MMA conditioning specialist along with the DVRT system using Ultimate Sandbag, CPR and AED Certified. A training session typically consists of :

I have been an extreme sports athlete and competitor for over 22 years and a certified personal trainer for over 7 years. I have personally lost over 50 pounds and hold State and Regional Championships in Duathlon from USA Triathlon, the largest multi-sport racing organization in the United States. I've won races in motocross, shifter karts, duathlon, and cycling and I know what it takes for you to be in top fitness conditioning. As an independent personal trainer I have seen many fitness trends, diet fads, and even the methods of personal training change. The latest trend is group fitness, where you have one or two "instructors. coaches, etc" for a group of 10, 20 or even 30 or more people. This allows the classes, WOD's, bootcamps or the "workout" to cost you much less than hiring a real personal trainer who instructs you only. While these are great business plans for profit, they lack personal instruction. With this in mind I created Z-Fit Personal Training. Z-Fit is a combination of several styles of training combined with my professional instruction and vast experience in a variety of sports. Although more and more of the group exercise that I oppose continue to grow like weeds throughout the city, Z-Fit stays true to the game. After injuring myself at a Crossfit class many years ago I vowed to never allow profitability to interfere with my professional ethics as a personal trainer. Again, my One on One approach to your training is the only way I work.
